Yulonda is a professional Makeup & Hair Design Artist Located in Los Angeles, CA.  She found her love for Makeup Artistry 13 years ago in New Haven, CT while helping friends and family that were struggling to find someone to apply their makeup in a way that highlighted their beautiful dark skin. After working as a self-taught Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist, she then attended Nina's Makeup Academy in New York City to further her Artistry education. Since then, Yulonda's worked for major makeup and skincare brands such as Bare Minerals Clinique, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, and Hourglass.

For the past 6 years, Yulonda has brought her artistry to the runways of New York and Los Angeles Fashion Week where she's had the opportunity to work with designers such as Romero Hunte, Adam Lippes, Sukiena, Walter Mendez, and Tell The Truth.  In this time, she gained the attention of Lunatics Cosmetics and has been one of their Key Makeup Artist for their "Rolling Loud" Festival Pop Up shops.

In 2023 Yulonda moved to Los Angeles, CA and broke into the TV & Film business working on short films and reality TV shows with WWE, Hoorae Media, and Fly on the Wall Productions.  Her goal is to ensure that ALL women of color feel comfortable and seen in the beauty room. From the fairest complexion to the deepest complexion, every woman should be represented on screen and on the runway. 

Yulonda unapologetically creates her own lane that redefines the guidelines of beauty and power. She opens her chair so that every person can explore their own idea of beauty freely and with conviction. Yulonda continues to travel and educate herself on the art of makeup and strives to paint the world in color, one makeup brush at a time.
